Profile-sensitive rules
General web verification can admit reputable secondary sources. Research prefers original papers and publisher records. Legal uses official legislation, courts and regulators. Medical prioritizes regulators, clinical guidelines and systematic reviews. Finance prioritizes filings, exchanges, issuers and official statistics. Enterprise policies use only tenant-authorized sources.
Independence clustering
Evidence records include a privacy-safe independence-cluster identifier derived from publisher and path context. This is a guard against obvious duplicates, not a guarantee that two publishers have distinct reporting chains.
Link safety
Displayed destinations are normalized public HTTPS links. Credentials, unusual ports, local addresses and non-HTTPS schemes are rejected. The interface shows the destination domain before navigation and opens evidence in an isolated tab.
Licensing and passages
Only the passage needed to explain the relationship should be retained or displayed. Usage constraints are recorded when supplied. A result is not a substitute for reading the full source under its own access and license terms.
